My cousin collects all sorts of things. I went to visit her the other day and I have not been to her house for ages. I could not believe what a collection of things she had. On her fireplace was a selection of Wizard of Oz collectibles and they did look really good. Unfortunately they were lost with all of the other ornaments she had. In her display cabinet she showed me her precious Beatrix Potter figurines but again they were lost among all of the other clutter. I do wonder though, whether once she, passes away, if all the things will just be thrown away as some of the items do look cheap and nasty and she picked them up at Charity shops. I am sure she enjoys all of her things, she must do or else she would not go to all that effort of cleaning them all of the time. My house is a vast contrast with me having nothing on any surface except perhaps a lamp or clock. I think seeing her house had made me even less inclined to want to get any clutter.
